Went for the first time to a chef’s table dinner. It was fantastic, to say the least. The menu was very good and the execution was perfect all around. 5 courses for $55 makes it an incredible value. Each course is presented by the chef at every table, where he explained the dish. Michelin quality food at a reasonable price. It can be tough to get a reso so youll have to plan in advance.
A gem of a place. As long as your expectations are set correctly and you understand you are being served by culinary arts students, you will have a fine food and overall very unique experience at fair price. Have been here a few times and would love to come back again. Thank you, Dennis, for teaching your students well :)

A hidden gem of a dining experience. My wife and I have been going for several years. It only got better with first-class chefs and front-line staff overseeing the operation. Exceptional food and prices plus you get to witness students at VCC being trained in all aspects of fine dining. I can see why it is an exceptional program.
