SIMPLY EXCELLENT! This spot is fantastic for food and fits perfectly in the yaletown atmosphere. The service was one of the best in town, all staff greeted me as soon as I stepped in and made the food with care, attention, and patience. The manager was also on the floor and was super friendly with not only myself but all my friends. Will definitely be back, I think this is my favorite spot now!

I used to frequent this place until today, I can say this will be my last time here. I spent over $20 on what they advertised as an enchilada rice bowl but what I actually got is a bowl of rice with 5 baby bite size chicken pieces and a sprinkle of cabbage. Pictures of their salads and bowls are deceiving and look nothing like what you actually get… false advertising at its finest.

It is a great spot if you’re looking for a healthy, low-calorie meal. They offer a wide variety of options, and most of the dishes have their calorie counts listed online, which is super helpful. While it’s on the pricier side and the protein portions are modest (around half a chicken breast), I personally found it satisfying. Highly recommend!
