Placed an order on Dec 8 1:25pm and they made my order wrong and they refused to fix it and told me to contact Uber Eats. I’ve been a long time customer and spend so much money with them so this is very disappointing. Would’ve been such an easy fix to keep a loyal Customer but the manager refused to help. I hope the owner sees this because this was an easy opportunity to make it right.
When I brought up the issue, no empathy or apology was made either.

I would order their salads intermittently even though it is overpriced for what you get from Mt. Pleasant site. Went to Yaletown today and I decided it was the last time to patronize the business. Ordered my salad in restaurant and worker started to fix it and automatically added the dressing. When I have gone into Mt Pleasant they have asked me if I wanted dressing on the side which is how I like it. The staff member chastised me and said I needed to tell them at time of order. How about the staff asking if I wanted the dressing on the side as that is how they have it on their website. And why bother having the little cups to put the dressing if it isn't a choice. Very condescending. Lots of other places to purchase salads it I want it.
