Came here on a Saturday night to try the 8-course meal. Did not disappoint!
Folke is located out of the city-center. I made reservations but it was only about 30% occupied but didn't want to run the risk of not getting in.
Of course the pricing here is for the experience, but I found it well worth it. They were able to accommodate a few food requests like allergens, etc. which was great.
I can't recall everything but I enjoyed almost everything. The desert is the one...
We really enjoyed our meal, which included an inventive Chickpea Tofu, crispy Hannah Brook Greens, amazingly tender Tapioca Dumplings, and hearty Maltagliati, as well as a Rhubarb Matcha Cake and Strawberry Shortcake. Flavors well all gentle and delicate, in a soothing kind of way. The ambiance is special but still casual, with friendly servers and knowledgeable chefs that introduce each meal. Well worth it.

We had the eight course tasting menu; everything was delicious and colourful. The menu is totally vegan and mostly gluten-free. The menu explores many different types of cuisines, which is really fun. The staff are also really friendly and good about handling allergies.
