Our first visit and not our last! It was refreshing to finally find a spacious location to sit and enjoy a hot breakfast and some much needed caffeinated beverages. This location did not disappoint! It's apparent that the cookies are a staple hot buy, and unfortunately we didn't get the opportunity to chime in, as we had other places to go. That aside, and completely not relevant in terms of this review, I'm anxiously awaiting our next visit so that we can expand on some of the delicious offerings this location provides.

Tried the breakfast. Yikes. Not sure if it's cooked in a microwave, but it seems so. Potatoes are the frozen grocery store style and tasted like freezer burn. Bacon so overcooked it's almost impossible to chew. Eggs so overcooked they were like plastic display eggs, totally inedible - pressed on the yolks with my finger and they just bounced back. The sourdough toast was fine. Guess that's what you get for $15 these days?

I love this place and I'm here all the time! Great food at affordable prices, excellent coffee, and a really big open space, where there's almost always enough room to find a spot, on top of great people watching because it's always pretty lively. I come here so often that I've been able to interact with a lot of the staff and they're consistently friendly and helpful. I literally will go out of my way sometimes to make sure I get to come hang out here at least once a week.
It's been my go-to cafe in Van. Nice coffee and atmosphere. I tried their Mocha, Hazelnut Praline Latte, I've never failed so far 👍 There are plenty seats so you'll probably find seats to sit at any time! I love their playlist(ex. Arctic Monkeys and other kinda alt rock) too :)
