Tried their frozen vegan ramen. Unfortunately I really didn't enjoy it.
I'm willing to pay $16 if it's well made, but no, the noodles were quite mushy, even though I followed the directions on the package. The soup has no flavor, and it was quite thick. Felt like some sort of puree food, or baby food.

I purchased the Spicy Ramen this week at the Port Moody farmers market. Having just returned from Japan I am absolutely hooked on Ramen and this frozen option was absolutely amazing. Tender noodles and Chashu, excellent broth and super easy and quick to cook. I will definitely be sure to always have two or three servings in my freezer from now on. Thank you

We've been long time patrons of Menya on Broadway, and recently tried the Franklin Foodlab frozen options for home.Delighted by how delicious our bowl were and how easy they were to prepare at home. Vegan Miso and Spicy Tonkotsu bowls. All we're missing is a nice marinated soy egg. Will definitely try out some of the other options

While the flavor of their ramen is good, I’m concerned that the frozen ramen packaging itself doesn’t mention there are 2 layers of plastic bag (only found out when I was browsing online). I’ve consumed a few of them already without knowing there is another plastic layer that needs to be removed. Make sure you removed both layers of plastic before cooking!!!

Like going to a restaurant at home. Ready to eat in 10 minutes and so easy. Tasty and fair price!
10/10!! Franklin Food Lab's ramen beats most fresh ramen spots in terms of taste, and value!! Definitely recommend
Franklin Food Labs has the best ramen you can have at home, period.
Very surprised at the quality of those frozen ramen.I was expecting soggy noodles and tasteless broth but my yuzu shio was very good. I'll buy more.
