Food is exactly what I expected for a little dinner/cafeteria. Counter staff are really nice. It's just a few tables and chairs inside. I went there during a time of day where I could eat and read a book. I imagine early and at noon they are quite busy.
Had to drop vehicle off at a repair shop on Clarke and Hastings and hung around to pick it up, therefore a few hours to kill. Clarke and Hastings is an area in transition between industrial and residential, a bit of a no man’s land. On Hastings you have the yupe redevelopment with expensive prices, but if you seek out the back streets you can still find some Vancouver gems. What a delight finding this on our travels. No hustle and bustle of downtown and lovely people here offering yummy food at a great price. And homemade shredded hashbrowns! Thank you for such a great meal.
