“After I discovered Aiden's on Broadway searched out their Hastings location where I can try the Three Cups Chicken. It is located in the lobby of a large office building. The lobby is spacious and pleasant in the winter, but the noon time sun can be quite hot in the summer which makes it impossible to enjoy a comfortable lunch. I like their tofu bowl and the Three Cups Chicken bowl. Both come with a healthy portion of broccoli. I had to ask for no chilli though because those are crazy spicy hot. I like the tofu because they are not too fried. The chicken is not as consistent: tender two out of three times, and hard/old the third time. This location either sell out of baked goods really early or doesn't carry as wide a variety as Broadway. Most of the time, the Ube loaf was not available.“

“Decided to treat myself yesterday and it had been awhile since my last time eating here. This restaurant never disappoints! I ordered the vegetarian breakfast burrito bowl and man was it ever delicious! The chipotle sauce that was drizzled overtop was just amazing and I would buy a bottle of it if I could! It was a large portion and worth every penny! Their wait staff are all very cheerful and friendly! One of my favourite places to go in the Westend!“

“Bons is an institution, the food is Old school greasy spoon at its finest. The atmosphere brings you back to late night fries and gravy with your friends after the club circa 1991... Never disappointed, always busy tho , so plan for a bit noisy and a bit of a wait especially early morning weekdays and brunch on the weekend .“

“Yessssss De Dutch!! They had the only real syrup in the world: Van Gilse.

They had some Dutch dishes, like a dutch pancake and the farmers omelet. The food came out quickly as well.

“Wrong place if you’re looking for something fancy. However, a real find if you’re looking for old-school comfort food (western or Chinese). All day breakfast, egg sandwiches, burgers, patty melts, and a wide range of Chinese. Free coffee refills without asking. Kids coming off the street for bubble tea to go, with big smiles. Friendly service. We’ll be back.“

“Best americano I have ever had! Seriously! I also had the pancakes and they were fluffy and delicious. If I had to pick a favourite I would say the banana pancakes but the blueberry ones were very yummy too! Lovely service and nice peaceful morning atmosphere. Highly recommend.“

The food was absolutely delicious (their famous pannekoeken are to die for), and the view? Stunning. Watching the harbor while sipping coffee is pure Vancouver magic.

But what really elevated our experience was the incredible service. Rita was warm, attentive, and made sure every detail was perfect. Her genuine hospitality and cheerful energy turned a great meal into a truly memorable one.
