I live close by to Cafe Fresco and I like the food and wish I could come more often as its handy for when I don't feel like making lunch or breakfast. Unfortunately every time I go I dread it because of the staff. Unfriendly, slow, and it really bothers me that they don't bring food to the table when its ready. I understand getting beverages at the counter but its a simple matter to bring food to the table when its ready. Especially when the client is working while waiting, and especially if you're going to move on it so slowly. If the service were faster, friendlier and more helpful I would be in Cafe Fresco all the time because the food and atmosphere are great.

Vibe-wise, this place is fancy and has kind of a Mediterranean feel. I had the walnut brownie and an oat latte. The brownie was heated, and it was *golden* baby! They're playing some kind of tango (?) (salsa?) type music, which I like.
Even though it's quite busy, there are a lot of people, but everyone has enough room. There's outdoor seating as well.
There are enough staff that it feels under control. The staff seem competent and diligent.
They got rid of the unique plush seating for some generic chairs and tables.

Their sandwiches are just as amazing — super fresh, delicious, and made with great ingredients. Everything tastes homemade and carefully prepared. The staff are always so friendly and welcoming, and the service is fast and professional. The whole vibe of the place is cozy and inviting — perfect for relaxing, studying, or catching up with friends. Definitely one of my favorite cafés in town! The coffee was fine, but the service could have been better. One of the female cashier seemed a bit ignorant and overly confident. She even tried to correct me on how to pronounce ‘almond croissant’ when I ordered it. She smirked and said “we don’t have a:mend croissant here, it’s ‘awl mend’ and then proceeded to chatting with her coworker by their own language !

Was really enjoying their tuxedo cake until I realized it's just sliced Costco cake marked up ? Disappointing considering they say: "We source the finest ingredients to create dishes that are not only delicious but also of the highest quality." The muffins on display are also from Costco. Just be honest.
