Hands down best value for your money. I tried this place today for the first time and was able to build my own wrap with unlimited toppings for only $13. It was so big I had to save some for later. Support small businesses!

This is a gem. Wholesome food for your soul.
The breakfast wrap is top tier, a good meal, at a price you literally can't beat.
Have it with a $1 coffee that's better than starbucks.

It's a no-brainer, and a regular stop when we have work nearby.

Stellar, friendly service, fresh ingredients, good prices, and burritos are easily large enough for 2 meals.

Great food. Great atmosphere. Can't get any better for a quick, fresh, homemade meal downtown.

Amazing chef prepared home style food and snacks, friendly staff, AND being one of the few locally owned and operated venues left within the Bentall centre (or even downtown) - FRESH is where its at! Be sure to say high to owner operator chef Susie for me!!

This place is absolutely top notch. Their wraps are amazing. Whatever high quality toppings you want - including proteins and premium things like avocado and beans and salsas... They do not cheap out. You might end up leaving with a 2 pound beast of a wrap for less than $15 - breakfast, lunch and dinner I say. In this day in age with penny pinching and extra charges for everything this place is such a nice change. Worth going out of your way for. Echoing another reviewers comments - I don't understand how this place is not 5 stars across the board...

Best lunch spot in the entire downtown area.

Found bits of chicken in their vegan offering. Samosas left a lot to be desired and the San Pele must have just been put in the fridge because it was room temp at best, which was disappointing on a sunny 26 degree day.

If you're like me and Elaine from Seinfeld and love a big salad, this is the spot. I always get the cobb, and it's three giant handfuls of romaine and tons of hearty toppings! I could have made two meals of it for only $15 if it wasn't so good that I couldn't stop eating it. It's literally, like, a 2-pound box of salad. I've been finding after that pandemic thing everyone's prices have gone up and portion sizes down. I was pleasantly surprised to find after a couple of years away from the office that some places remain sacred.
