Salad bar in the food court of Bentall Centre. Lots of different ingredients available to customize your salad. There is your usual fruits and vegetables, but also more exotic items like chicken, noodles, imitation crab meat, potato salad, meat balls, fried fish filets, and more. I've been going to Hybar for many years. The products is always fresh and many homemade options. Fran and Perry are lovely people and truly care about their customers. It's more than a salad bar!
