I've been going to Hybar for many years. The products is always fresh and many homemade options. Fran and Perry are lovely people and truly care about their customers. It's more than a salad bar!
Salad bar in the food court of Bentall Centre. Lots of different ingredients available to customize your salad. There is your usual fruits and vegetables, but also more exotic items like chicken, noodles, imitation crab meat, potato salad, meat balls, fried fish filets, and more. Various dressings are available but I try to resist the temptation of those as they excessively increase the weight of your order without adding much food value. Most of the non-fruit/vegetable ingredients come with strong flavors of their own that make dressings mostly unnecessary.
