Ended up going to starbucks instead because the (only) employee working on lunch time was busy making like 10 bowls of food and barely even acknowledged us standing there waiting for several minutes, and we didnt have 20+ minutes to stand there waiting. Why allow walk ins if you’re too busy with doordash orders? May as well lock the doors!

Even with double meat, the bowl was maybe only 2/3 filled. Also paid extra for the avocado and they gave only 1/4 of avacado. Bad value for $21.

Don’t order from here on Ubereats. Every time I order I pay for additional meat. The barley even give me one full serving. They try to steal your money. It’s happened to me more than three times. Always have to contact Uber for the money back.

I got delivery and was very disappointed. Currently sick and needed some comfort soup. Have ordered the spicy lemongrass soup from other locations and loved it. This time, not so much. I ordered a large, which they jam packed the container with noodles, very little of anything else, and the smallest bit of broth. In the past, I've received delivery of Freshii soup in two containers, the broth would come separate. When it arrived at my home, which was about a 10 minute transport from the time it left the restaurant, the noodles had soaked up what little broth the container had room for. Maybe it was the bottom of the pot, who knows? But the soup was not brothy, and the liquid was more like a thick stew. The noodles were soooo soggy. Completely inedible. Why would they serve that to anyone?

The 2 Bowls I picked up Saturday March 4th were only Half Full compared to other Freshii Locations which Fill the bowls up.Also the Extra Protein I paid for was Brown Chicken instead of White Chicken like at the other Locations.The girl working here needs to speak up on the phone, could barely hear her.Thought it was the bad call quality on the 236 area code I called but even in person you can barely hear her.1st and last time I will go to this location.To the manager, there is nothing you can do to make me come back here.????

Bowls always half empty, disappointed both times I ordered here. The bowls are also just mediocre, a lacklustre version of the images. Wouldn't bother a third time

I order 2 bowls of chipolet and bbq southwest, and I really upset for what I ordered. It's came out no corn ok fine they replace with bean but there is no lettuces and the taste is was so horrible and i order at 12pm then come pick up at 1pm there is no reason that they dont have any veggies at that time. This is my 3rd time to eat Freshii but it's a 1st time I ordered at this location before I was so satisfied with another location. End up I throw it away and placed another order in downtown location, really not happy with this Freshii location

I order the same salad every time but this brach’s stuff ( maybe not everyone ) unprofessional. When preparing the order she works as pharmacist :) I mean she was counting everything one by one. And at the end I realized that the bowl was half empty.
