I have ordered salad online through uber just few minutes ago.Everything was fine but there was too much lemon juice inside it that I was not able to eat .Too much disappointed. Please don't add too much lemon juice.How person can eat too sour thing.

Honestly, the food quality and volume does not reflect the price well. I paid $27 for a medium smoothie and a burrito. They tasted good, but not worth almost $30. The lady at the counter was nice though.

What the heck did I just take a bite of? Haven’t had Freshii for years after trying it once and being very unimpressed, totally forgot about them up until now when my company ordered in a bunch of wraps for the team. Kale Caesar? Sounds great. And then you take a bite. This is one of the most disgusting, bland, dry things I’ve ever put in my mouth. I swallowed the bite only to see if it got any better, but it got worse as the dryness permeated my esophagus. There is a tiny little dollop of yogurt caesar dressing that I could barely even notice, they couldn’t even be bothered to roll the kale in it. Dryness explained. Well that and the ungodly amount of quinoa and crispy chickpeas to fill the thing up because cheap franchise owner I assume. I guess that’s what you get with franchises. Franchisees that cut corners everywhere from understaffing to reducing product quality so they can line their pockets with a few more dollars at everyone else’s expense.
I eat healthy and cook my own meals 95% of the time and there’s a right way to make healthy food and a wrong way and Freshii definitely gets it wrong. How is this place in business? Is it unhealthy people convincing themselves to eat healthy and that healthy also has to be dry and taste horrible so Freshii tastes awful because it has to? Because I can’t fathom any other reason why anyone would ever eat this this garbage.
My sentiment was widely shared around the office. We’re just going to get pizza next time because it may be unhealthy, but the worst pizza you’ve ever had is still better than anything Freshii has to offer.

Food is healthy and delicious! Easy for vegetarian as you get to pick your protein, and tofu is an option. I usually order delivery on UberEats, and unfortunately they don’t offer a comment box for you to do any further customization (like removing an ingredient you like), and they ALWAYS send plastic forks even though I don’t request them. Don’t bother trying to call, they won’t answer.

Ended up going to starbucks instead because the (only) employee working on lunch time was busy making like 10 bowls of food and barely even acknowledged us standing there waiting for several minutes, and we didnt have 20+ minutes to stand there waiting. Why allow walk ins if you’re too busy with doordash orders? May as well lock the doors!
Even with double meat, the bowl was maybe only 2/3 filled. Also paid extra for the avocado and they gave only 1/4 of avacado. Bad value for $21.

Don’t order from here on Ubereats. Every time I order I pay for additional meat. The barley even give me one full serving. They try to steal your money. It’s happened to me more than three times. Always have to contact Uber for the money back.
