Avocados were unripe. I asked for tofu and they gave me chicken. Too much bbq sauce. Overall horrible, would not recommend.

I took a teriyaki bowl with steak. The steak is full of tendons ? and the quantity is limit.. The staff was kind. Won't come again, quality & quantity are not there.

You would at least expect fresh ingredients from a place called Freshii. Ordered a salad on Ubereats and what i received was basically a side salad, with wilted romaine lettuce! Unacceptable. It has exactly 2 slices of chicken and 2 quarter slices of mozzarella both charged extra!

I just wanted to write that I had meal vouchers from an airline because our flight was cancelled for 2 days and the Freshii refused to take the the dinner voucher. Totally ridiculous when it was a local airline meal vouchers! Not happy at all

Very good service. They always greet you with a smile especially their Manager Lisa is very welcoming and helpful. Quality is top notch, they don’t compromise at all. I have my lunch everyday at Freshii (this West Broadway location) and have been loving them since. Highly recommended.

Aside from the exceptional service, the food at this location is actually "Fresh." I always opt for the Oaxaca bowl and I've been to places where the rice tastes undercooked/stale, or the falafel seems like its been sitting out too long, and they never give you enough dressing, but not West Broadway! The portion size here is great (I can never finish it on my lunch break) and everything tastes amazing! If you're familiar with the bowls, you know they come with a sauce, and this place is always generous in that area ;) I think I can say, it's the best Freshhi location in Vancouver.
