Decent tasting fare for a pizza by-the-slice counter located in Metrotown foodcourt. At least six different variety of pizzas to choose from, including vegetarian. We had tried the butter chicken and vegetarian and found both delicious. Our slices were of a good size, loaded with ingredients. Our slice+drink combo seem good value for money. Service was fast and friendly. Metrotown foodcourt seating is plenty, spacious, bright and clean.
there was a mistake with my order, but a lady named something like Mandreep (sorry I totally butchered that didn't get a good look) went above and beyond to sort it out. she didn’t just try to make the store look good, she actually made sure the fix worked best for me. really appreciated that kind of genuine effort, not just the usual “sorry for the inconvenience”.
Simran at Freshslice Pizza is a total star! Always greets you with a smile and makes ordering super easy. Plus, the pizza is consistently delicious thanks to her and the team. Definitely makes grabbing a slice a great experience!
