Absolutely incredible! I had never been able to have poutine due to gluten and dairy allergies, so I was beyond thrilled to find out Fritz could accommodate my dietary restrictions. I am now completely in love with poutine thanks to Fritz!
This place was on a side, off a busy street. It's very small with limited seating. We ate outside. Fries were nicely crisp and proper. Added bacon for smokey flavor. Didn't expect to have an overflow of fries but it makes it look very full. The curds were good and melted for a nice cheese pull. The gravy were not overly salty (unlike other places) so it was enjoyable.
Eat this type of food right away otherwise gravy will make the fries too soggy.
