Ramen is decent, but chicken karage was very subpar. It was flavourless, even with the spicy mayo dip which costed an extra $0.50. Service was very nice and friendly. The restaurant itself is located under an elevated parking lot, and without sunlight, it’s very dark, even during lunch time. Overall it’s just kind of meh.

Excellent ramen & sushi. I would add more liquid to the soup

Pricy for the portions you get. Tastes ok. The tuna tataki roll was not worth it. Literally one slice of tuna tataki cut into 4 small strips and rolled 😭

Really good! We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the sushi rolls, the negi ramen and my favorite was the tonkatsu. I would recommend this restaurant to my friends and family.

I ordered some ramen and sushi. The flavour of the soup, the noodles and all the added toppings were delicious. Although I did find that my pork tasted old and was discoloured like old frozen meat. I don’t know if this is a consistent thing because my partners did not taste like mine, it may not be a consistent thing but I did not touch my pork. Also, I think that the water should be served with ice; drinking warm water with soup is not my preference.

The waiter was very nice and attentive, even when it got busy. No complaints there.

Lastly, maybe some fruit fly traps would be helpful because we had some fruit flies flying over our soups and one ended up landing in it and my partners couldn’t finish their broth.

I had no problems with their sushi!

In summary; they lost one star for the pork served and another for the water/fly problem.

I have been this place about 20 times now.
Spicy soft tofu is my favourite, and my wife loves black garlic donkatsu ramen.
The place looks little bit old, but food and service are great.

I had made an order through Ubereats, and had originally set the wrong address and wanted to cancel. So, I cancelled within a few SECONDS of ordering. Still was charged for $37.92. I had reached out to Ubereats customer services and they wouldn't be giving me a refund or any compensation for cancelling an order within SECONDS of ordering. I was understand about paying if it was minutes after ordering, but seconds is just unreasonable. Ubereats reasoning was that FUKU Ramen had already began my ordering. I highly doubt that; due to the fact how quickly the order was cancelled after ordering. That's just unjust. I have been going here for years now, and even recommended my friends to come here. I always got their Kara Miso and even Inari Chopped Scallop Pockets and Salmon Oshi rolls from their newer menu. I really enjoyed this hidden gem, but I don't think I'll be coming here again.

edit:
I had already notify Ubereats prior to posting and they didn’t do anything. This response was a little rude especially with the ‘FYI;’ making you sound like a person who always wants to be in the right. If you had completed the order which that takes several minutes (2 Kara Misos and a spicy tayoaki) and didn’t get a notification from Ubereats that the order was cancelled after seconds of being ordered that’s on communication on YOUR guys ends…At the end of the day, $37.92 charge is still unbelievable for a miscommunication on yours and Ubereats end..
