Got the peperoni and the summer breeze ( eggplant , zucchini) pizzas and both were fantastic. Easily the best pizzeria I’ve found so far in Vancouver. Also moderately priced for a medium. The crusts were perfectly thin although slightly soggy by the time i got it delivered which was the only down side.

We had a wonderful time at Gastronomy. The pizza was amazing. We had the notorious PIG! And the chili oil was amazing as well. Great atmosphere, and amazing wait staff. You have to check this place out if you’re ever in gastown.

-do not waste any bit of the 12 year aged balsamic. Wipe plate clean with the pillowy chewy pizza dough. Dip into the house chili/garlic sauce for another gastronomical level.
-Devour the skin of burrata cheese along with the pizza to give that comfort level of tasting texture.
-Do not skip the in house bomba Tiramisu. It’s moist not soaked and extremely well balanced sweetness and bitterness. I taste the endless hours that went into creating the recipe or it’s simply a granny recipe with decades of experience to achieve the golden ratio.

It’s cozy and lovely designed restaurant hidden in Gastown and definitely worth a visit!
The atmosphere is very nice, for a pizza date or a meet up with friends & family.
The menu changes every season but always offers unique and absolutely delicious creations. Oysters are also highly recommended!
Our waiter “Alvaro” was superb, explaining all the dishes and daily specials in a kind and professional manner.

The best pizza I've ever eaten! At first, I read this place's reviews but didn't believe them when I saw everyone saying they had the best pizza. Then I tried it myself, and my mind was blown by the taste of the food. We ordered "BIG PEP ENERGY," "THE PRINCE AND THE PEA," and "NOTORIOUS." All were amazing. "NOTORIOUS" was the cheesiest, with a strong parmesan flavor that you have to try. The bread melted in my mouth, and for the first time, I didn't have any stomach issues afterward. They also have a private room for events. I'm definitely coming back and highly recommend this place to everyone.
