$15 for a small bowl pho & they give you a quarter of a lemon instead of the authentic SLICE OF LIME! How cheap and greedy can a business get???

The food is honestly delicious, but the workers there have a bad attitude. Always double-check your order and the prices on the menu because sometimes they try to overcharge you. Last time I went, the two tables next to me also complained about getting the wrong orders. Plus, when I paid for my food and said thank you, the lady just ignored me and kept looking down at her phone the whole time.

My friend ordered a small soup, and the lady said it was $15 for the small pho and over charged her when she ordered a $13.75 small pho bowl! :(

Constantly gets orders wrong and pick up is never on time to what they say over the phone will be. “ 10 to 15mins” means they’ll start the order once you get there. Food decent but they seem to treat people like we’re all trash and the accuracy of the orders is just blatant lack of care for what you actually pay for. I’ve gone there for years but last night will be the last. And that was just only for pick up. Servers are rude when you dine in so good luck

Server can barely speak English and serves wrong item. When asked why the wrong item she trying to tell me it’s the same item that I ordered, which as a picture as reference and nothing looked alike( I ordered a strawberry mojitos, instead she brought me a strawberry slushy).
Will not come back and will not recommend.

I thought I will be the only one giving up a bad review but checking the reviews on this place. I knew I was right. I came at 6:20 am this morning to pick up an order that was already ready on the table. The restaurant was empty but the guy acted like it was a full house And answered me in an aggressive way extremely unprofessional. I am glad that I would never order from this place because the treatment of customers is poor. learn some custom service.

Here's tWe accidentally went here late at night because it's open 24 hours, and most places in Vancouver close early. We ordered brisket noodle soup and Vietnamese spring rolls. Everything was delicious. Alongside the food, they also bring a bowl of bean sprouts, lime, and green tea.

This was the first time that we tried this restaurant. The pho portion was small.
The cashier was not honest and it was a scam. At the cashier, We gave the cashier $40 for the bill of $31. She kept the tips herself without our attention and changed was only$5.
My friend thought that we hadn't paid tips. Consequently we paid the change $5 as tips. We totally paid tips $9 for $31 bill.
Please watch your change as this restaurant is not a honest one.
