Loved my visit to Gong Cha Vancouver! I tried the Oreo waffle and mango bubble tea,both amazing. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Definitely coming back!

Nice spot for bubble tea in East Vancouver. Steps from Renfrew skytrain and some free street parking in front. Lots of seating and cute decor. Friendly staff. For their 6th anniversary, their top 10 drinks are only $6 from Nov 18-20! I got the brown sugar Oreo pearl milk tea and it was tasty!

I ordered the Oreo Milk Foam. I thought it was tasty. Service was solid. Inside was clean. Only thing holding back from 5 stars is the price point. $8.92 is definitely not cheap. I will come back and try another drink just no grass jelly next time.

I've been going to this place for quite a while, and it's been hit or miss. Last trip was a two stars for sure, waited for half an hour for two bubble teas, and one order was wrong (100% sugar and not 50%). Average out 3 stars I feel.
They need more staff only 2 people doesn’t work plus they are not friendly. I understand they go under a lot of stress but this is fault of the managment

Great menu options, delicious drinks. The only reason I’m giving one star short of five is that their bathroom is not equipped with a baby change table. A simple changing table in the bathroom will make this place much more family friendly.

This is the only Gongcha I’ve seen that offers oolong tea, and their menu is much more extensive compared to other locations. I really enjoy their fruit oolong tea line in the summer, and when I’m craving something milky, the milk foam drinks hit the spot. They also run daily specials on different teas 😊
