Very convenient location outside the skytrain station! The drinks are very yummy and well made! A lot of comfortable seating. The only reason why it’s not 5 stars is because we had to wait over 15 minutes for our 2 drinks!!! They must get a lot of online orders. I can see the two workers were working nonstop. I think they need to hire another person to keep up with the demand.

I order brown sugar coffee jelly oolong milk tea in large with 30% sugar and no ice on the menu it says 7.99 for large. but when I look at the receipt it charges you 8.29 for large 7.99 plus Gst .41 is 8.40 but not just that why do we get charges .30 cent for asking no ice on our drink . Where does it say on the menu if we ask for no ice we get charges. I ask the girl she just told me because you ask for no ice .

I ordered Uber eats last night and I received the incorrect order and missing items. I ordered 2 corn dogs where as I only received 1 and the bubble waffle I received wasn't even oreo, it was original. Unacceptable!

🥤Milk Tea with Grass Jelly I always go for 50% sugar & 50% ice—the perfect balance for me! The milk tea was smooth and creamy, but the grass jelly was a little too soft for my taste. I was hoping for a stronger herbal kick!
🧇 Matcha Bubble Waffle It was crispy on the outside, chewy on the inside, and packed with matcha flavour - Just how we like it! It was as good as ever.
Their seasonal drinks looked tempting. We also grabbed a Strawberry Matcha with Milk Foam 🍓🍵 — WOW! It was super refreshing! The added strawberry jelly gave it a nice fruity touch. Making it onto our favourites list.
💡 A little feedback: While I loved the variety, their promo posters were everywhere — if we counted right, there were 18 posters around the counter! 🤯 It felt a little overwhelming. Maybe focusing on just a few key promos would make browsing easier for customers.

Drinks are decent but deceptive pricing. If you order a drink with no ice, there’s a surcharge. Also, staff did not ask for topping in the combo and defaulted to give pearls.

Last time I ordered 3 glasses of water, the store forgot to put 3 straws. Today I ordered 3 glasses of milk tea without sugar :) Ordered green milk tea but it wasn't sweet at all, bland :))

I love bubble tea and generally i don't go to gongcha (in my city) because i find they're too sweet but this store is very different. The staff are very attentive, listened to my concern regarding the sweetness level and created a drink that i really enjoyed. The store is very spacious, well decorated with amble seating. I will try to come back before we leave Vancouver. Good job, team Gongcha Renfrew!

I ordered two bubble teas this evening Mango passion fruit green tea and a Oreo Milk Foam Black Forest and it was completely disgusting it didn’t taste like at all Oreo or even sweet it was really salty I literally trough it to the garbage and don’t finish it I don’t know what happened I think they might got confuse and put salt instead of sugar on my drink but the Mango one was fine?
