I ordered an iced decaf latte, one of their seasonal drinks and im quite disappointed with the overall experience. First with the person on the register. I asked for it to be decaf and she has the most confused look on her face. I have to explain to her if she could replace the espresso with decaf espresso. Assuming that the latte i ordered would actually have fresh espresso. Which does not have. Overall unwelcoming energy from the staff and not good quality for the price. Maybe if they use fresh espresso instead of batched coffee for their latte it would actually taste decent.

Had the strawberry matcha here and it was absolutely amazing! 🍓✨ The drink was delicious, but what made the experience even better was Mehtab. She’s still in training, but you honestly wouldn’t know it—she was so friendly, welcoming, and made everything feel effortless. The service was warm and genuine, and it really added to the vibe of the place.

The worst cashier service!!

I had an excellent experience from the very beginning. The baristas Jessie provided such kind and professional service that truly made me feel welcome 🤗.

On my first visit, I ordered the Maple Butter Late with a Cinnabon roll, and both were absolutely delicious. The latte had the perfect balance of sweetness and the coffee flavour. I love it so much that I went back the very next day just to have the coffee again.

Beyond the quality of the drink and pastries, for me this place is so especial for it’s atmosphere, not only is it very accessible, but also has a cozy and warm vibe, making it perfect spot to relax, study, read or simply enjoy a cup of coffee.

I really wanted to love this little cafe but it’s a challenge. If you want tea, it’s quite a complex negotiation with the counter folks. But the tea was ok in the end. But ugh the pastries. My cinnamon bun did not appear the be fully cooked. I couldn’t finish it. Lovely atmosphere but a miss in the f & b for me. Sorry.

If you’re looking for a quiet little spot right in the middle of downtown, the café inside Indigo on Robson Street is a hidden gem. The space itself feels pristine, calm, and filled with a lovely, positive vibe, perfect if you want to spend some time unwinding, catching up on a book, or working on your laptop without the usual downtown noise. It almost feels like you’re tucked away in your own corner of the city.

That said, the coffee itself wasn’t great. I ordered an Americano, and honestly, I didn’t enjoy it; it fell pretty flat compared to other cafés nearby. So, while I wouldn’t recommend it for the coffee alone, I would definitely recommend it for the atmosphere. If you’re after peace, good lighting, and a serene place to read or focus, this Indigo café is a wonderful choice.

I always enjoy coming here, and jessie is one of the best baristas there. She is friendly, polite, and always makes my drinks just the way i like them. Jessie has a warm smile and makes everyone feel welcome, which really Adds to positive atmosphere. Her service is quick and professional. Thanks to jessie every visit feels special

I always study here and I enjoy how it is located in a book store as it is calmer than a usual coffee place. The staff Jessie and Nav and the rest are very helpful and provide great service.

Bad cashier service, i have just done paying for my matcha latte then about to leave to a table then another staff came then hold me back then said my card was declined but i was sure that i got it paid successfully for my drink already then she made me pay for the one was shown on the screen, badly it was the same drink with mine so i didn’t think much. I checked my bank account which showed that i have made 2 transactions for the same thing. It could be my fault for not listening carefully but she should be observing carefully before holding me back.

one of the best cafes that isn't crazy expensive and isn't starbucks is hidden away inside of a bookstore... I go in here for the coffee even when I have no reason to look at books. They have a bunch of creative unique specialty drinks too. It's always absolutely packed with people, for good reason.
