Service was top notch and the food was just as great. Definitely will come back. Prices were a bit high for some pasta dishes but the taste was incredible. Small little gem in the heart of the hustle and bustle of Robson and Thurlow. Grazie a tutti per l'ottimo servizio.
My husband and I were downtown(we live in Surrey) for a play and had no real plans for dinner. As we had taken transit down, we were on foot, and super early. We started walking, just looking for a place to have dinner. We saw the sign for Red Robin, and resigned ourselves to going there. That was until hubby saw the sign for Il Nido. Christian was the gentleman that serviced my friend and I for a birthday celebration. He was very professional and made us feel at home. We were also not rushed and therefore enjoyed our dining experience. The food was authentic, and the atmosphere reminded me of my time in Italy. I would highly recommend this restaurant.
