Food was ok but the portion for the price was appalling. The two employees couldn't even muster up a hello or acknowledge us as customers. We complained about the portion and not once did the employee talk she just slapped some food in one of our combos. Just one of the three got a tad bit more. Will not purchase from here again. Poor attitude, poor service and frankly a rip off

Ordered a 2 item combo. The girl serving was on her phone and completely disengaged from anything happening at the counter. Had to get her attention. The portions have gotten smaller and smaller compared to previous times. I won’t be ordering here again unfortunately.
I have been to many Chinese fast food places especially in malls and this was one of the worst quality chinese food I have ever eaten. I ordered chow mein noodles with lemon chicken and black pepper beef. The food lacked flavour and parts of it were EXTREMELY salty to the point I had to spit it out. I will never be going back under any circumstances.
Went to Granville Island today with my mom for a fun day of exploring the Island. She wanted Chinese food so we did take out from Gourmet Wok in the food court at Graville Island. The food is always consistently good, but the amount of food they give you for the amount you're expected to pay isn't worth it at all $11.49 for a one item and rice.. As you can see, there were only 6 pieces of pork given for the 1 item and rice, and the rice was filled up only halfway. Portion sizes have obviously been severely cut back, if this continues people will probably stop ordering from them. They're probably relying on tourists not knowing any better, and tourists being on holiday are more than likely not coming back for a 2nd day. Either way though, not cool.
Their food is good..but they have really cut down on the portiond
The food was alright, I wish the lemon chicken had a bit more flavor to it
Too greasy, but edible.
The food looks delicious but it’s completely tasteless!! The meat is tough and hard to chew. Bad attitude from the cashier. Save your money and go to another restaurant.
This place looked promising so I decided to go get the chow mein and kung pao chicken. The noodles were very bland and dry. The kung pao chicken looked good but it was also dry and tastless. I hope that they can tweak their recipes otherwise I can't give it more than 2.
This place proportion has been has decreased a lot, my meal has 5 piece of chicken half a bowl of green beans and was charged 16.49. No longer fast food price for the value. Any other Chinese take out from any other mall is around 14 and you still get 3 different items. Might as well go to cactus club
So don’t waste your money here.

Highly do not recommend! I could taste the broccolis that's going bad. You could tell they use vegetable that's should be thrown out. The Lemon chicken had more batter than the meat. Haven't had such bad Chinese food court food for a very long time. I am surprised how bad it was considering this is such a popular touristy destination.

Been coming here grade 3 (1995), it's a must visit for me every time I visit the city
I always have a good food experience here. My favourite is the kung-po chicken, breaded fish and rice. I wasn’t such a fan of the bbq pork this time though.
