First time here, brought here by my cousin. We got the iced chai tea. I was very happy that it was made on the spot. I’m lactose intolerant & they had a variety of soy, almond, and oat milk to make the iced Chai tea with. They produce their own spice paste that is mixed with the freshly brewed tea. We had the option of adding ginger and pepper to it and you can ask them to make it extra spicy. I also had the tea made with half of the sugar.

The staff member Samirsha was very friendly and never rushed me. In addition to carefully preparing the tea on the spot, she also gave me advice on how to drink it without compromising the original flavor. It was a wonderful experience!

We recently visited the Granville Island Tea Company to request a large order as wedding favours. Trey was very accommodating and bagged 50 individual loose leaf tea orders for us. He made sure that we got exactly what we wanted and was a pleasure to work with. Overall, top notch customer service! We are sure that our guests will love the tea as much as we do.
