I paid $35 for a ticket to attend this event from Dec 31 to Jan 1, 2025, expecting a fun and organized New Year’s experience. Instead, it turned into one of the worst event experiences I’ve had.
Despite already having a paid ticket, I was forced to wait over 2.5 hours outside in freezing cold weather. During this time, people who appeared to be friends or acquaintances of staff were allowed in first, while paying customers were left waiting.
To make things even worse, when I finally reached the entrance, the staff member in charge of scanning tickets could not scan my ticket properly. I would not have been let in at all if my friends hadn’t insisted on my behalf. After waiting over two hours in the cold, this was beyond unacceptable.
Coat check was also poorly managed, adding more stress after the long wait. On top of that, the event only provided two drink tickets, which felt extremely limited given the ticket price and the chaos of the experience.
Because of the long wait outside in cold weather, I ended up getting sick afterward.
This place is horribly managed, especially for special dates. If you’re selling tickets, you need a clear, fair system that respects customers’ time, money, and health. I absolutely do not recommend attending this venue on holidays or special events.

Very disappointing experience. The lighting system was poor and unprofessional, which completely ruined the atmosphere.
What made it worse was the behavior of the manager. He started taking photos of people without asking. When I clearly said I do not consent to photography and asked him to stop, he replied that “this is a public place,” which is simply not true. A pub is private property, and customers still deserve basic respect and privacy.
Bad music, bad lighting, and very poor management attitude. I would not recommend this place.

We had an amazing experience hosting our private birthday party for a group of 60 people. reasonable price, great food/drink/service and staff were all friendly and accommodating. Everyone had a great time and we'll definitely consider this venue for our next parties. 10/10 recommended.
Says they are open on google and on their website but actually closed for a private event. Fine if you won’t to close but you should make sure people are aware before they show up.
