Cheap and yummy. Pearls are free of charge + you’re able to mix two fruits for free. Service is a little slow, but there’s a lot of seating and you’re able to connect to the McDonald’s wifi next door.

I got the Hong Kong milk tea w pearls! Totalled to $7.51 including 10% tip.

They moved from Fraser but the quality of the drinks is the same. Owner was really friendly and cracking jokes about how she had to move her business on a short notice. Glad they’re in a busier street with more foot traffic cuz the couple that runs it are really nice

Best boba!! They moved now to commercial drive but the original store was across the street from John Oliver it’s same the people who opened here now :) always crave this style of bubble tea
