“Good eats good service fun“

“Just when you think they can't raise their game any higher Hy's manages to find a way. We attended the Calgary locations 10th Anniversary Celebration on Sept 26th and it was spectacular. The event was flawlessly organized and orchestrated by the Hy's team, the food was next level even by Hy's standards and the service exceeded anything we have experienced anywhere in North America even in the finest hotels. Bryant Olender added a classic background with piano and vocal stylings that perfectly suited the atmosphere. It was certainly the best evening we have at Hy's over the last decade, and I don't think I'm overstating it to say it was a "Once in a Lifetime" experience. A huge thankyou to Barb and the entire Hy's team!“

“Highly recommend. The food is so good. The sushi is so fresh it almost melts in your mouth. Every morsel was delightful. The BBQ inset in the tables is fun & the meat served is so tender. The service is fast, friendly & everyone check-ins not just the server. This is my 2nd time here & will most definitely return. Thank you.“

“I originally ordered duck liver and duck collarbone, but somehow the lady at the counter ended up giving me duck gizzards instead. The gizzards were a bit on the tough side — not exactly what I was expecting. As for the duck collarbone, it had a nice balance between soft and firm, and there was just the right touch of spiciness to keep things interesting. I was a little disappointed about the mix-up, but overall, the flavor was still pretty satisfying.“
