I was lucky enough to win a 6-pack of cinnamon buns from a Valentine’s Giveaway on Instagram, and the moment I walked into Grounds for Coffee, I was hit with the most amazing sweet cinnamon smell. I LOVE cinnamon, so I was already in heaven.
They gave me a huge box of freshly made cinnamon buns topped with silky, sweet frosting — and I love my buns extra sweet! One big bite and I was instantly in cinnamon bun heaven. The buns were soft, fresh, and packed with real brown sugar and cinnamon that ooze out in the best way.
It’s honestly so hard to find perfectly made, fresh cinnamon buns in the Lower Mainland, and I finally found my go-to spot. Thank you, Grounds for Coffee, for your generosity and love ❤️. You guys are the best! I’ll definitely be back.

I came here based on a client’s recommendation and really enjoyed the space, the flat white, and the cinnamon bun. Unfortunately, the service at the till wasn’t great. When I politely asked for a bun with a bit more icing, the response came across as rude. It took a while to get to this location, so that was disappointing. He did give me the one next to it with an angry look. Please don't let that stop you from going cause it is a cool place.

Shocking matcha. I was surprised when they serve it to me, just like that. I thought it’s a joke cuz I have never bought a matcha with this kind of “latte art”and to top it off, it tasted mostly like milk… overpriced and not good. The only plus is that this place has many tables where you can sit and work on your laptop or gather with friends. The service was also dry.
