Fun and upscale atmosphere, great and kind service. Food was quite disappointing, and uninspired.

Busy hotel lobby lounge. Oysters are fresh and slightly briny. Bar snacks are okay, portions are suitable to share in a small group.

Absolutely love the globe concept. They come with heaters and your own tablet to play music on Spotify inside the globe. The restaurant itself inside seems pretty nice too. The service was amazing.
Unfortunately the food was ok, nothing special. Limited vegetarian options as per usual.

Dine out menu looked great from the onset. The experience was huge disappointment. The goat cheese salad had a bunch of old kale in it - had to remove the brown bits from plate. The main was ribs - it was lacking in flavour and was a bit tough to eat paired with the wild rice. The side broccoli had mushy bits - seemed over cooked or old. The desert was brownie which was super underwhelming - could do better making my own at home. Not the best menu to encourage people to come back again. Atmosphere was decent. The servers didn’t seem happy.

the setup is cute, but the customer service could be improved. We were sitting next to the harp, we asked to switch seats as it was too loud for us. we asked the girl, she said she see what she can do. but then another girl said the other seat cannot be switched because it was booked by a party of 4. 45 mins later, we saw only 2 ppl showed up for the corner seats we wanted. the server took away the 2 other plates sets. So the server was lying or not real care for our needs. the food the savory food are good, but the sweet food too sweet for our liking, and too much sweets. we couldn't finish all the sweets. But we left hungry as we didn't have enough real savory food. it's weird that we left full and hungry the same time. the server Eric was very nice and kind.
A few things i think may make the experience better
1. less sweet food, couple more savory food
2. reduce the sweetness on the sweet foods
3. add Tigger into the pamphlet( we were bit upset our fav character Tigger was not there)
4. Refill our tea more. we only got asked to refilled once, and most of our tea was only warm, we would like bit more hotter than just luke warm (especially in Feb winter month)

Overall, i am happy i went , but I don't think i will go again. As it is quite expensive, it doesn't show the value it charges.

Got very sick right after dinner. Puked all the food out right after dinner. Only thing I can think of that can be blamed is the salads.

I visited H Tasting Lounge today for Winnie the Pooh-themed high tea, and overall, it was a very cute experience. The presentation was charming, with beautifully designed treats that fit the theme perfectly. The food was delicious.
However, there were a couple of hiccups. At one point, a mouse ran through the restaurant. That said, it is a coastal city, and things like this can happen. Additionally, when it came time to pay, they tried to overcharge me for GST, but when I pointed it out, they corrected the mistake. We also see didn’t get a tea box to chose our teas from or any information on how long to steep the teas etc which is generally offered and explained at previous high teas we have been to.

Despite these issues, I still had a nice time, but I wouldn’t try it again.

They had live music as well which was lovely!

The service was not the best. The server never came to check on us after they brought the food. We wanted to order more cocktails, but server didn’t check the table. The food was cold, we had calamari and truffle fries. Didn't feel truffle flavor a lot.

It's a good place to rest your bones and have some small plates..I stay here from the island every quarter (for a few days) so I've gotten to know the hard working staff, and they make it feel like I'm at home...

Despite the fact that I requested a private sitting, the put us on a table that was right in the middle of other guests, no privacy and the table next to me had their coats and stuff on our side, requested a different table and no accommodation been offered despite the fact that 3 other tables were open!
