If you are in Vancouver and want an amazing dining experience, we highly recommend Lift Bar and Grill. We dined here for supper on June 3, 2023, and absolutely loved the atmosphere as well as the food! Waterfront dining (they provide indoor/outdoor and roof top dining), with the water and mountain views was spectacular as we watched the sunset on the water.
Our server Sean was very pleasant and courteous and made our time there very enjoyable.

Based on the reviews, Lift Bar Grill View in Downtown Vancouver offers a great waterfront dining experience. The stunning location is especially magical from the multi-level rooftop patio or deck, which is fantastic on a sunny day. The food is excellent and delicious, with the West Coast cuisine shining. Specific meals mentioned include the fish and chips, the poke bowl, oysters, and the Cedar Plank Salmon, which was perfectly cooked. The truffle fries were crispy. There are also gluten free options available, and the kitchen was very accommodating. The service is always great, friendly, and professional. It is a perfect place for a memorable meal with a view, and highly recommended for anyone visiting Vancouver. The only complaint was a music streaming selection that included a lot of rap music, which was not relaxing. Otherwise, it is a pleasant experience and a must-visit.
