We came here for the first time for the most amazing Winnie the Pooh high tea. We love going around Vancouver and trying all of the high tea places. This one was our favourite!!’ It was magical. The service was great, the food was amazing and the atmosphere was incredible. It was so nostalgic, my friend and I almost were in tears. PLEASE do more themed high teas!!

I’ve been to the h tasting lounge a few times and decided I would hold my niece’s bridal shower there, as the service was always impeccable (thanks to all the staff and notably Jennifer), and booking / organizing the event was made very easy by Jonathan Hunwick. I can’t say enough about how wonderful the event was last weekend! The food was amazing, the service, as always, perfection, the menu choice for our group of almost 20 was put together thoughtfully by chef, and they even managed to get the Ferris wheel and cotton candy for dessert for our guests! I can not recommend this space enough for anyone thinking of doing a smallish gathering! The east wall of tables has a lovely separation for a more private feel, and you still have the wonderful harbour views! I would recommend working with this restaurant and these wonderful people at any time and point!

We are visiting from Toronto and we’re shocked that the domes are cheaper in Vancouver in terms of minimum spend. We got a beautiful seafood platter, some snacks and Prosecco. There is a heater and blankets inside. Magical cozy atmosphere with the fire. Amazing food and we even had access to the sound system to play our own music. Service was great. Amazing experience.

We immensely enjoy the closeness of the seating arrangement.Seafood tower ($130) is a disaster with 1/5 rating - we ordered the 4 people portion and they have oysters, mussels, clams, prawns and crab. At the bottom tier it has (canned) tuna tip which is very very salty. Cannot understand why a seafood tower has potato chips, Japanese seaweed. Really weird combination. One of the steak is slightly overcooked. Sablefish is normal. The seafood pasta is overly spicy. The chocolate dessert dome is very thick and hard to break and the chocolate mousse inside is on the sweet side. Overall the food quality does not justify the price. Given the minimum charge requirement, it is one of those places that visiting once is likely more than enough.
