the setup is cute, but the customer service could be improved. We were sitting next to the harp, we asked to switch seats as it was too loud for us. we asked the girl, she said she see what she can do. but then another girl said the other seat cannot be switched because it was booked by a party of 4. 45 mins later, we saw only 2 ppl showed up for the corner seats we wanted. the server took away the 2 other plates sets. I visited H Tasting Lounge today for Winnie the Pooh-themed high tea, and overall, it was a very cute experience. The presentation was charming, with beautifully designed treats that fit the theme perfectly. The food was delicious.
