I used to come to this restaurant quite often, both for takeout and dining in. But my last visit left me totally disappointed!!!

First, the table was dirty—there were visible food crumbs and water on it. The female staff saw it too but still put the menu down without wiping it. I had to ask for the table to be cleaned.

Second, the female staff asked me “u wanted raw or cooked bean sprouts”. I clearly said raw, and they confirmed it was available. But by the time all our food had arrived and we were nearly done eating, the bean sprouts were still nowhere to be seen. Meanwhile, I noticed other customers who came in later got theirs right away. We asked twice—first, another female staff told us to wait and then never came back. Then we asked a male staff, who said “OK,” only to bring us… a bowl of soup???

Third, each table was supposed to have three condiments, but ours only had one.

Is this really the kind of service you think is acceptable? I’m never coming back!!!! At this point, I can’t help but feel like we were being treated unfairly. I really hope this place improves its service!

I ordered this Hu Tieu for the first time. And OMGGGG it was delicious. The broth was light but also full of toppings. And the wings were BOMB. Must try!!!

Woah guys, this place is crazy! I'm not the world's biggest fan of Hu Tieu, but I'm happy to report that I'm now a convert! Excellent flavour, big portion, fresh ingredients! I can't fault them for anything! The service was incredible, too!
