We tried their seafood dry mix noodles and original soup noodles, chose egg noodles as the base for both, and both tasted great! The dry mix was so flavorful, with the fragrance from fried garlic and minced pork. The soup one also had great depth in the flavor of the soup. The egg noodles are the thin type (like what’s used in HK style wonton noodle soup) and had a very bouncy texture. I prefer this type of noodle in the dry mix over the soup version as they don’t soak up...
