The food was ok but the service was bad.Our group of five made reservations for a weekday dim sum lunch. While we were fairly quick to browse through the menu and choose our items, it was a bit challenging to wave somebody down to take our order in a restaurant that was a little under half full. Our order ended up being placed 20 minutes after we arrived. The two bright spots in our food order were the pea tips w/ garlic and the steamed prawn dumplings. Everything else was either bland or subpar. We didn't receive all of the items we ordered.Through lunch we ran out of tea and hot water, so we set both teapots at the edge of our table with the tops tipped up to indicate that we needed more tea. Our tea was never refilled. We also ran out of napkins, but we weren't able to flag a server down to get more napkins. After several minutes of trying to get someone's attention to pay for the bill, I had to get up and search for someone. Being unimpressed with the service, I left a very small tip on a bill over $100. The floor staff who cashed us out brought up that I left such a small tip, and I explained that service was non-existent.I sure wish that restaurants like this would understand that they are part of the hospitality industry, which involves SERVICE as well as food.I do not recommend this place.

Is this how you do business? I come here often but this time I ordered sweet and sour pork for our chinese new year dinner.. just disappointed. More than half is chunk of fat and coated with batter. I ordered sweet and sour pork not sweet and sour fat. I want to support local businesses especially around this tough time. But I dont think it's right for them to serve such dish. I will update a picture soon when I can.

I had a superb in this restaurant. We loved the first-rate environment and the meals. The staff members are super affable. I’m happy we ultimately managed to try this place.

Siomai....crispy squid...and seafood chow mein..... Where can you find a restaurant that incorporate pomelo skin into a meal?...interesting and intriguing at the same time. Huge dimsum place along Lougheed highway. It has its own designated parking....plus points with this review. Menu is bilingual..written in Chinese and with English sub, I may say that a lot of exotic and authentic dishes in the menu....I should come here with a Chinese friend who knows what to order though.... I got the crispy squid for my appetizer,it was very good, but I actually craves for a calamari style...but this one is very good as well, deep fried and garnished with salt, pepper, garlic, and jalopenos. I ordered siomai pork with shrinp and dipped it in soy sauce and hot sauce...For us Asian siomai is always part of dining in to a Chinese restaurant..the siomai is average in taste, I am a bit disappointed because I am expecting a good one from a known dimsum place like this... My main entrée was the seafood chow mein, crispy noodles on it, I am always blown away how Chinese chef prepare their chowmein, very delish specially while it is newly serve and smoking hot when the sauce are just getting into the crispy noodles.Topped with large shrimp, scallop, some other crustacians, and veggies, the consistency of the sauce with the noddles and flavors from the seafoods blends and its an atomic bomb on every bite...my taste buds are vey very satisfied. Honestly I came here for the pomelo skin inspired dishes but I didn't get them because I don't eat goose and duck and chicken feet,... for some reason I cant take it...FEET is not edible for me just saying.... A bit pricey in here considering service is just AVERAGE well I don't speak Chinese so that's one factor I guess. Noise level here is above average, during my time there were two chinese lady behind me who speaks really loud, at first I thought they were fighting...then I remembered we Asian... most of us really speaks like we had the amplifier vested in our throat...in real we are not mad...just one of our normal...we are actually loving people..... Sum total I enjoyed my lunch, not really bothered with the noisy fellas Hot water and tea serves automatic but when you checked your bill you actually paid 0.80 cents for that...what a ripped-off...I don't like it and never asked for it....it shouldn't be happening.... Excellent for group and clientele with cars( huge free parking) Kids friendly? well maybe...I didn't see any burger in the menu or pancakes or hot dogs,...hahahaha Minimal decors but lots of plants....upgrades on washroom and some more friendliness from crew will be highly appreciated. Not the best dimsum joint in town but to be fair not the worse either....

We like a lot to go out. Last night we found this magnificent restaurant which friends told us about. We had a beautiful evening there with great meal and a nice team and a distinguished cuisine. We put this restaurant in our list and we shall definitely come back soon. We warmly recommend.

We're so lucky to have them nearby! Have always loved their dim sum. Now only doing take-out. Every item is great. We sometimes come for dinner too. Some people complains about the higher prices, but the higher quality of the ingredients is totally worth it. Yumm. I want some now!

One of our go-tos when we get quick and easy dinsum. Nothing special but you always know what you’re going to get so that is why we always come back. The service is always friendly but it can get busy sometimes.

Used to be a great restaurant but not anymore. Food does not taste that great and service is below average with bad attitudes. I have been back 3x but ended up being discounted with the quality of food and the price we paid. Their pea tips are old and hard to chew. There are much more better dim sum restaurants with reasonable price. Will be a very long time before, if I devote I want to come back again.

The dim sum variety and quality is quite decent Cantonese dim sum fare - between five persons, we had a lot the deep fried stuff just because we would not typically make it at home, namely Shrimp Spring roll $6.95, Shrimp with green pea $7.50, Eggplant with Shrimp, Chicken Congee, Deep Fried Spicy Tofu, Deep Fried rice cubes and for the non-deep fried, we had Taro cake (this is the only dish that I am so-so about as it is what it is - some hard cubes and taste-wise is ok), Spicy Green Beans with pork slivers (maybe quickly deep fried before hand), Beef Rice Roll, Shrimp Dumpling (Har Kau). We were seated relatively quick with no reservations especially it is Covid times but I some of the seating I would say is a little close during Covid and it was impossible to social distance while waiting for seating at the front door area. They were super busy with take out as they have a 20% off for take out, there were a lot pick up delivery drivers. The only 2 sort of so greats are service (they were also super busy with take out which is great for them but customers had to go up to ask for extra napkins, we brought our pots for tea pots refills and I had to ask twice or three times for a replacement clean bowl) and ambiance: the table that we were sitting: we were sat in front of the middle front near their counter - in and out of their kitchen area. I don't even mind the mediocre service (expected of a busy Chinese restaurant) but thenthe pricing is a little steep - pricing almost comparable to Kirin, New Westminster, which is our gold standard for quality and ambiance if we were going to pay for higher end. I don't even live close by to either place but I would travel to New West but for this restaurant, it would be okay to come back but not too soon for overall value.

We met with friends at this restaurant for lunch. This place was recommended to us by a friend. Well, it was very nice. The staff were extremely nice and we felt fantastic. The meal was fresh and delicious. We enjoyed every moment and we will definitely return to this restaurant. Warmly recommended.

One of my go-to dim sum places for years! The prices are very affordable and the portions are huge and tasty. They have a large dim sum menu that pretty much has all the staples. In my opinion, the portion sizes here are much larger compared to the competition and very fresh as well. I really have nothing negative to say here.Due to COVID, I have been getting a lot of take out from this establishment and it has not disappointed at all. Ample free parking but it can get busy.

Friendly accommodation and delicious, big portions food.
