After morning spin class (goodbye, 400 calories), I heartily enjoyed a scrumptious and OMG filling brunch at @Helen's Grill, Main St. @ King Edward.

I'd driven past Helen's countless times over the years. Always wanted to try it, and today a small group of good friends treated me to a birthday brunch. At least I hope they treated me; if they didn't, well I guess I just walked out on my share of the bill. Sorrrr-rrry! (not sorry).

Had a Greek plate. Everything was great! Chicken, salad, rice, lemon potato, pita and the sauces! The owner was very attentive and very friendly! The best Greek food Ive ever had in Vancouver!

A classic North American breakfast experience you will ever have in Vancouver.
This restaurant has been established for 64 years. It serves a classic breakfast, such as pancakes and bacon combined with maple syrup, sausage, and hash brown potatoes.
And unlimited black coffee.
The experience and the taste are worth it!
