In all honestly its a really small place with few things to buy. We drove 2 hrs because our kids wanted to go. The upstairs is a few small booths. The entrance is super small with a small area to buy treats and merchandise. Yes its cute its pink and white, but not what it's all hyped up to be. We were in there less than 5 minutes. Many people in a tiny space.
Took my daughter and friends here for there birthday. Super easy to find parking, the girls absolutley loved the place! Lots of cute options a nd the decor is wonderful. Get there early if you want seats though! If your a Hello Kitty fan its a must see!
Asked staff to take a picture of me! They were literally the sweetest and MOST HELPFUL EVER! They have a girl that’s a photographer on staff named Mel, she went all out and made my visit SO WORTH IT!
