This restaurant has some special in menu. Tower Nigiri is surprisingly good and with many sashimi. The cheese cake is free from chef. He is so nice. The cake is delicious. Will comeback for the tower nigiri again.

I’ve been to Hitoe a handful of times and have loved everything I’ve tried. Service is very quick and friendly. Prices are fair, but you can spend more if you want to try some special pieces.

Great local sushi spot. They have some really high quality, expensive sushi but you can still eat here on a budget. I recommend the rainbow roll, chirashi don and any of their classic roles.
