Highly recommended this place 🥰, the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. The food was absolutely delicious!!!! This restaurant is definitely worth a visit. I cant wait to come back and try more from their menu.

The portion is huge!!! I had lunch there and skipped my dinner because I was too full. I ordered their signature Red noodle crab soup. I felt it was a little too salty for me. Probably it’s my personal preference so I wouldn’t mark down one star overall but I rated 4 stars for Food.

We had the pho tai nam and pho bo which were both very good - the beef tasted fresh. I thought the guppy fish tank was cool too.

We had an evening to ourselves so decided to try Hoa Phung Do. The restaurant is known for Northern Vietnamese food. The server said their most popular noodles were the crab noodle soup and duck noodle soup. We ordered one of each and were quite pleased. The broth for the duck noodle soup was clear and tasted of the greens placed in it. The noodles were chewy and perfect for slurping. A large portion of duck was given and was very tasty. The sauce was yummy too.
The crab noodle soup had a yummy broth too. Wider noodles were perfect for drawing up broth and crab goodness.
The other toppings were good too.
Definitely recommend trying it out here.

A lovely place owned by lovely people. It's my first time here and I was amazed by the food and the hospitality of the staff. The food and refreshments were delicious. The staff were very friendly and they were happy to chat about anything and it was so great. I felt like I was in a local restaurant in Vietnam. It's unfortunate that I'm only in Vancouver for tourism so I can't come here more often, but I'll definitely come back here in my future visits. I would give this place 10 stars if it's possible. Highly recommend this restaurant.

Atmosphere is ok, basic, mom and pop. The food is good, you’ll find dishes you typically don’t get from a regular Vietnamese restaurant here. The crab noodles and the dumpling are my favorite out of the 4 dishes. Service is attentive and prompt.

The service was warm and friendly and very inviting. Great service. The menu has some unique items most other pho places don’t carry like stewed pigs trotters, steamed dumplings, quail, and crab pho with the thick, wide red noodles. It’s nice they have pickled garlic and peppers on the table for you to flavour the food with. Otherwise, all the dishes we tried were very average in taste and overall quality. Nothing was like, I must have this again, but everything was alright.
