Awesome little place for very authentic Beijing style food! If you have been to Beijing or are curious about Beijing & northern Chinese style food then you should give this place a try. Flavors are very different then your usual Cantonese & Sichuan style restaurants. Recommend the Gung Bao Chicken, less spicy then the Sichuan version but more rich and very tasty. Hu Tong is authentic in flavor, atmosphere and service. This is the best Peking duck I've eaten in North America. The side dishes from duck gizzard to duck tongue were spot on too.Let me be honest - I can see this not being a great experience you don't speak fluent Chinese, or understand the "angry but passionate uncle" shop owner that's very common in Beijing.
