Our first time here because they don’t open until 3 (2 on Fridays and weekends) and we always seemed to be in the area and craving shaved ice earlier in the day. The AC is not very strong, so it’s not a great place to cool off while waiting for your order and it’s a bit of a wait. There’s not a lot of room between the 4 tables, so it feels tight. The washroom is through the kitchen; I saw that there are only two workers (one in the kitchen and one cashier/server) thus the wait. The cup shaved icy desserts we ordered were good, just difficult to mix so you have to eat the toppings before getting to the ice. I’d probably order the other icy styles next time - too bad there’s no durian option for those.

The worst experience I’ve had at icy bar. They don’t give unlimited condense milk compared to other locations in Richmond. It’s unfortunate that I had such a bad experience at this location. I’d consider going to a different place for desert.

2024/4/15 I went to see cherry blossoms nearby. I thought there wasn’t much hot sugar water, but I didn’t know it was made on demand. Very satisfied. After opening at four o'clock, I sat there for an hour. There were very few people. It was mainly a night market. Will definitely come again!
The quality is really good! The portion is big and is worth it’s price.

The worst service and food. It is 8:30pm, my neighbourhood is run out of electricity since morning. I bring my two kids to have snack out to wait for the power , my son got kicked out from bringing pizza but our family ordered desserts in this

I just bought 3 bubble teas at this locaion, He prepared my drink and gave it to me in a bag and then I noticed that those were no bubble tea straws, so I went back and asked for it…. He told me , oh , no, we are out of bubble tea straws…… so HE KNEW … and just didn’t care……. ??♀️ ….. it’s my problem not his …..
