I was looking for a casual place to eat dinner over a long layover, and Talay Thai was perfect. They had an excellent range of dishes, the Kaeng Khiew Waan I ordered was tasty and the portion size was just right, and would leave plenty of room for dessert. The service was lovely, I got seated right away, and my water was kept full. Check them out if you like Thai food and are looking for a little place to hunker down for a nice meal.
Food was really good. Ordered the ff:Pad thai - hearty. classic.Chicken Satay - good. tender meat. awesome dipping sauce!Papaya Salad - tangy. sweet. refreshing!Pad Kee Mao Talay - savory. lots of seafood.Tom Yum - the star of the night!It is everything you expect of a good thai restaurant. We shall come back for the curry coz we forgot to order it lol!
