I am writing to express my disappointment with the behavior of one of your employees, (an Asian lady who always wear a black T-shirt)at your restaurant. I have experienced her rude and impolite demeanor firsthand. She consistently displays bossy behavior towards delivery drivers. Her lack of basic courtesy, such as not even acknowledging a simple greeting, reflects poorly on your establishment. It's disheartening to encounter such unprofessionalism in a service-oriented industry. I urge you to address this issue promptly and ensure that all employees adhere to the standards of professionalism and customer service expected in your establishment.?This answer is not a justification for that woman's ugly behavior. It is also important for me to have a safe delivery. A few days ago, after waiting for pickup for fifteen minutes, the head chef took out a burnt pizza from the oven, and I realized that she was making that pizza again. When I asked the woman, how many more minutes do I have to wait? She told me in a rude tone that you have to wait for a few more minutes. She didn't even express her regret for the time she took from me. I never come back to your restaurant because you don't know how to behave.

We absolutely enjoyed the vegan foraged mushrooms and vegan Yaletown sunshine pizzas! Really great taste with a chewy base and they weren't shy with the toppings! 10/10 will have again!
