It was obvious that this pizza was well prepared. Great crust, no flop, lovely char and interesting how light. Had the Smyrna pizza, fresh ingredients. Pro tip: use the pepper oil. Plenty of food for two, good date night location.
The best pizza ever !!!Ingredients are very fresh and the dough amazing! There is chewy and outside is crunchy I’m chewy person then I love itAnd the chef’s technique is fascinating!I was gazing at the flying pizza long time heheI’ll come back definitely!!
