What a wonderful pizzeria in Yaletown in the heart of Vancouver with the best pizza I have eaten for many, many years.
Our party had the hummus plate to start with and then the mortedella, funghi supreme, meet lovers and Parma prosciutto pizzas, all cooked to perfection and all of which we agreed were some of the best pizzas ever tasted. The crust was lovely and crisp too and not too heavy and stodgy, as many pizzas are.
A must go to if you are in Vancouver. Enjoy

Stopped by on a quiet Sunday morning and the light coming through the front windows made it easy to grab a few decent shots of the margherita before digging in. The crust had that perfect leopard-spotted char on it, clearly a proper wood-fired oven doing its job. Staff didn't rush us even though we were clearly there for the photos as much as the food, which I appreciated. Found street parking right out front too, which made the whole visit even easier.
I stopped by Ignite for their weekday happy hour lunch and had a great experience. The food was delicious, but what really stood out was the service. Our server, Ariana, was incredibly helpful and had such a warm and welcoming attitude.
She recommended the Four Formaggi pizza with the addition of capicola, and it was a phenomenal combination. Her recommendation and hospitality made the experience even better.
