Stopped into Jackson’s on West 4th for Small Batch Bakery and grabbed the chicken caprese sandwich plus a cookie.
The bread on that sandwich was next-level — fresh, proper bakery sourdough/focaccia energy that actually holds up and tastes like something. The sandwich itself was solid, but the bread is what made it. Then the cookie… insane. One of those “I should have bought two” cookies.
