We had read the reviews and decided to give it a go. There were three of us and the lady at the entrance said there would be a place after 10 minutes. For the next 30 minutes we watched as people usually groups of two were show to a table. The final straw was when a group of 4 who came in and were shown to a table. When asked the lady responded that it was hard to coordinate space for three people. But that’s their job! I can see why there are queues outside. Never going back and there are way better outlets in North Van like Catch 122.

Delicious food, a little trendy cafe in a cool neighbourhood. Great place to start the day. I had the goats cheese and eggs brunch. Didn’t have to queue too long, maybe 15 minutes or so.

The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The eggs were perfectly cooked, and the coffee was just the right amount of strong. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, making it the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy a leisurely meal.

Not worth the hype/line. Went on a quieter day, yet the food arrived cold and the waffles seemed like they were day-old/really pre-cooked. Service was friendly, but they’ve really gone downhill.

After waiting outside for about 20 min, we were seated inside. Promptly we were asked for our order; we hadn’t even read both sides of the menu yet, so asked for a few more min. Food came promptly and was fine, but definitely not worth the wait outside; there are plenty of other brunch places a stones throw away that are just as good, possibly better, and have no wait.

The decor was a bit campy and overdone for my taste, but others would find it cosy I’m sure. The service was fine, up until the end.

Never have I been made to feel so rushed after spending nearly $100 on two meals and two drinks (coffee, not even alcohol). Our plates had barely been cleared when the server brought the card machine and bills at the same time. I could see the large lineup outside and its rather ominous presence reinforced the need to flip tables quickly. The message was clear: hurry up, pay, and get out.

Total time in restaurant: 55 min

If you want a nice place to have a relaxing meal and an enjoy catching up with a friend, this ain’t it.

10/10 Brunch place. The atmosphere is so fun, the servers are nice and most importantly, the food is delicious. My favorite was classice full breakfast. I LOVE their hashbrown soooo much. I will revisit for the hashbrown.

My wife and I just had a great experience. Long line up but was quickly sat at the bar. (12 minutes maybe?). The Salmon and avocado benny was awesome especially that hollandaise. Also very generous portion of the cold smoked salmon. The tator tots were delicious but could have been crispier. My wife’s eggs in purgatory were also great…super tasty chorizo meatballs. We were tag teamed with service from many of the staff. The manager was great to deal with. She even made sure i had a to-go cup for my second coffee and topped it up right before i left. Great experience. Breakfast is pricy everywhere these days but this was totally worth it.

There is a bit of waiting time but I think it's worth it. I got the Squash and Rosemary Benny, it's a great fall combo. Unfortunately didn't have any rosemary on my plate and didn't taste like rosemary but still enjoyed it.

Jam is always super popular and you can expect to wait around 30 minutes during brunch hours. We went around 10am and waited about 30 minutes (I would say 11-12 you would have to wait the longest). The food was so delicious and they always give generous portions. It is a bit pricey for brunch, but I think you get what you pay for. It did feel a bit like the employees were trying to get us out at the end, but it was understandable considering the line outside.

Iconic breakfast location in Vancouver. The portion sizes were huge and it was well worth if you haven’t been here before. We both went with more protein in our brunch but we’ll for sure try the other menu items.
