We went there because of the good reviews. The employees were very friendly, after placing our order we sat down at a table and when we put the bag down we realized how dirty it is in this shop. Actually we shouldn't have eaten or drank anything there. The floor was very dirty everywhere (not just since yesterday), bird droppings on the windows, dirty table tops. The entire store urgently needs a thorough cleaning that goes well beyond just wiping. Actually nice with an industrial look but it is more reminiscent of a construction site. Coffee was good too but I felt very uncomfortable and wouldn't come back.

This location is outstanding. The staff welcome you and they are talented with their latte art and quality of service. The Cafe is kept clean and fully stocked. The atmosphere can get loud at times, but I haven't had too many issues working there. I'd recommend their muffins, scones, cookies, London Fog, and Chai tea latte.

Great staff … only downside is that they don’t open on weekends and shorter hours. My americano is always spot on. Thank you to the staff here. Cheddar chive scone, peanut butter cookie, and banana breads are my favs for sweets and turkey chorizo for savoury snack.

It’s a nice spot to relax with plenty of seats and tables. It was my first time in a JJ beans and I will definitely be stopping into another one!
