I think this is the best JJ Bean branch we’ve visited so far in Vancouver. The coffee is consistently excellent, especially the single origin brews, and the cafe itself is warm and inviting, with clean bathrooms every time we’ve been. Most importantly, the staff we’ve met so far are genuinely kind and attentive. I was especially impressed to see them bring coffee and water to the table for customers who need extra assistance, such as those using walkers. Thoughtful service...
I was at the Alberni and Bute location last week and had a problem with my Apple Pay (only had my phone with me) the crew gave me my coffee for free and alerted me to the fact that my card had been compromised. Great customer service!
JJ Bean’s muffins are the best muffins I’ve ever had. My favorites are Chocolate Zucchini and Jalapeno & Cheddar. Their oatmeal ones are pretty good too!
