The happy hour is very good value and love the atmosphere there. However did not have a good feeling about our server. He always seemed to be trying to be clever and at times dismissive when asked a question. Just would have preferred straightforward forward service .
came in for a birthday brunch, Heidi was our host and she was amazing as per usual. Joe's is decked out for the holidays, we were definitely feeling the vibes, everything met our expectations. Can't wait for a rendez-vous.
My son wanted a birthday dinner out but they messed up on the steaks. A medium should be slight pink in the middle but the steaks came out grey, and pretty dry. Server was amazing but unfortunately, the kitchen came up short of expectations. Maybe it was a Monday thingy, but for the price of a NY Striploin, I'd say that was poorly made. Would I go back, yes, cos of the good times and memories we've had for family dinners and celebrations. Would I order the NY Striploin...
