I came to this location on Main Street for the first time and was greeted right away and seated at a table. The server Honey Mama was a lovely lady that had a great energy. She was attentive and friendly. I ordered the French toast dish which came with two sausages and two pieces of bacon. I had coffee with my meal. Everything tasted delicious and I finished my plate. Will definitely come back.

Do you like affordable traditional breakfast with eggs on toast, pan fries and bacon? Do you like bottomless cups of coffee? How about housemade hot sauce and friendly staff?

The Basic has it all, and on top of that, they're very accommodating for gluten free - with sound practices to prevent cross contamination. As a Celiac I go here all the time and have never had an issue!

This was our first time at The Basic, and we will definitely be back! Our server, Soleil, was genuine, friendly, and efficient, the food was amazing (delicious thick cut bacon!), and it came out really quickly.
