The product is good but the service pretty bad, they forced me to use my card and I wanted to pay in cash. Even they looked my wallet and say: “you can use use card because is faster” 😳

Smoothie bowls, at $15, expect to get more of a smoothie soup. Very watery, bland and the few toppings end up floating around somewhere you can barely find them.
Came in on May 26th and the staff girl was beyond rude and generally just angry. Told her I am heavily allergic to strawberries and that I can't have cross-contamination. She repeated that the mango smoothie doesnt have strawberries 4 times before I gave up on trying to educate her what cross contamination means, though, I don't think she spoke much english. Ended up taking a allergy pill before drinking my smoothie to be safe and sure enough, I still got some hives. Could have gone a lot worse if I didn't take an allergy pill beforehand. She should be fired for neglience and rude attitude.
The new bowls have almost no fruits it’s a disaster and I felt robbed
I have had a lot better açai bowl a few blocks from here for less. The person behind the counter chatting away on the phone while making the bowl couldn’t even get the consistency right. I should have asked for my money back. Very minimal topping, not sure why they charge double for less of everything.
The smoothie bowls are just ice and fruit? Not good value
I received my free large juice for my birthday. Harmen Deep was extremely friendly and her customer service was outstanding.
I come here every time I come to Vancouver because it allows me to be healthy when travelling. I love the smoothie and juice choices they have and how it is always consistent! I knocked a star off because the employees' customer service is hit and miss. It depends who is working. Sometimes I feel positive vibes/get good customer service (genuine, smiling, etc.) other times I feel like I am a burden and unwelcome. Body language says and does a lot!
I will continue to come here for the reasons mentioned above, but I took a star for different reasons above :)
Great selection of smoothies, tastes fresh, filling portion sizes.Probably one of the very few places having healthy options. Selection includes both protein and protein free, fruit and vegetable blends. Mighy kale is amazing

Great selection of fruit smoothies. Yummy and nutritious. Now they have bowls too.
DO NOT GET THE BUBBLE TEA. This is the worst bubble tea I have ever had in my entire life. I drank the drink but had to throw out the pearls. They were too chalky and strangely slimy at the same time, and had this disgusting bitter flavour and I believe they were rotten. I regularly drink bubble tea and have never experienced anything like this.

Good place to take a break from the hectic Robson St., and taste some delicious fruit smoothies. The place sells sandwiches but we didn't try them. The smoothies are very good, but a little expensive for my taste since they are made with frozen fruits (not fresh).Recommended.

I went in with a hankering for a pina colada which is not on their menu, and they went above and beyond to make me one anyway! Apparently this request is pretty common and they're always happy to whip one up. Thank you Jugo Juice Robson!
